What we collect
If you join the launch waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, along with the date and time you confirmed it and the IP address you confirmed it from. That record is how we can show your consent was given. We collect nothing else, and this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To email you when the TOWA pet door goes on sale. That is the only thing this list is used for. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Our legal basis
Your consent, which you give by entering your address and confirming it through the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything sent beforehand.
Who else handles it
We use Brevo to store the list and send the emails. Brevo is operated by Sendinblue SAS in France, so your address stays within the EU, and they process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until the launch is over and the list is no longer needed, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that removes you straight away. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
